Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Employment Specialist/Recruiter to help good people find good jobs and connect local companies with top talent in Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Santa Ana.

Using your phone and interpersonal skills, you will recruit for contract and permanent roles, coach contract employees, and build lasting client relationships. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Pay: $52k - $65k + bonuses

Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

About the Role:

As an Employment Specialist/Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in helping good people find good jobs and helping the companies in Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Santa Ana find exceptional talent. You'll use your excellent phone and interpersonal skills to recruit, hire, and find jobs for our associates. You will use your relationship skills to form partnerships with clients, ensuring long-term success for their company and ours. Your ability to use a consultative sales technique will ensure you are seen and known as the "go-to staffing specialist" in our community.
