Job Summary

A growing consumer packaged goods manufacturing organization is seeking a Human Resource Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. This HR Generalist and HR Coordinator role supports the HR Manager with a variety of day-to-day human resources functions in a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager with daily human resources operations, employee relations, documentation, and administrative HR needs.
• Assist with onboarding, employee records, HR communications, and coordination of workplace policies and procedures.
• Provide bilingual English and Spanish support for employees, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Help maintain accurate HR files, personnel records, and compliance-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support a professional, organized, and positive employee experience.
• Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Salary range is $75,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Potential salary flexibility may be considered for a strong candidate.
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• 100% on-site position in Camarillo, CA.
• Professional office environment with a professional dress code.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Support HR Manager with generalist and coordinator-level HR responsibilities.
• Assist with employee communications, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
• Maintain employee records and support compliance-related HR processes.
• Provide bilingual English and Spanish support across HR functions.
• 3 to 5 years of human resources experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Spanish language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree considered.
• Experience supporting HR functions in a professional office or manufacturing environment is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Stable work history and interest in long-term career growth.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively with employees and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR Generalist or HR Coordinator experience in consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, production, or related environments.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, onboarding, HR documentation, and workplace compliance support.
