Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Noida.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial HR discussions, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and supporting offer and onboarding activities.

Candidates with 0–5 years of experience can apply. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment and human resources are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across different departments.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, databases, and social media.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.

• Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interviews, offers, rejections, and joiners.

Required Skills

• 0–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or related roles.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for IT, Non-IT, Sales, Operations, Customer Support, HR, or other corporate roles.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems or recruitment CRM tools.
• Experience working with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong database management and reporting skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
