Our client is a prestigious fintech firm in Manhattan, seeking an HR Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on complex, cross-functional projects and process improvements across the organization
• Drive initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Leverage modern technologies to address operational and organizational challenges
• Support various aspects of the employee life cycle, including compensation analysis, internal mobility, and employee experience programs
• Strong ability to automate workflows, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Qualifications & Requirements

• 7+ years of well-rounded, and strategic HR experience
• A bachelor’s degree is required
• Corporate experience is required
• Background in FinTech, Big Tech, or Hedge Fund/Private Equity is strongly preferred

The annual base salary range is $120,000 to $190,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
