Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Our client is a global AI-powered consumer intelligence platform transforming how F&B brands operate.

We seek a Recruiter / HR Generalist to support HR functions, including talent acquisition (70%), employee relations, and HR projects (30%). The role will work closely with the leadership team and employees to ensure HR operations align with company goals.

Training for HR topics will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring (GTM roles mainly).
• Support employee relations, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting investigations.
• Administer HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee data and maintain HR records.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
• Support HR projects, including employee engagement and organizational development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs.

Requirements:

• ADV: 2+ years of experience in a startup environment, Recruitment, or HR.
• MUST: Experience in full-cycle recruiting GTM roles
• MUST: Willingness to learn and handle HR operations tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in ATS or HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work from our NYC office 2-3 days a week.
