You will manage employee records, oversee hiring and orientation, process payroll, and administer benefits, collaborating with the Corporate Director of HR.

The Human Resource Manager at Riverside Landing Nursing & Rehabilitation in McConnelsville, Ohio (onsite) supports day-to-day people operations, including employee information management, hiring and orientation, payroll processing, and benefit administration. This role works closely with the Corporate Director of HR to support staffing and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
