Riverside Landing Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee hiring, orientation, payroll processing and benefits administration for our facility.

The role emphasizes compliance, employee relations, and collaboration with leadership to support residents and staff in a healthcare setting. A strong HR background in healthcare or long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a long term care or business office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage new hires through the orientation process including completion of all necessary paperwork and procedures needed for compliance.
Maintain employee files in an organized manner.
Oversee benefit administration and other employee relations in cooperation with the Corporate Director of HR, assist with staffing, process payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
