Riverside Landing Nursing & Rehabilitation in McConnelsville, Ohio seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day people operations onsite. You will manage employee records, oversee hiring and orientation, process payroll, and administer benefits, collaborating with the Corporate Director of HR.

Ideal candidates excel in communication, multi-tasking, and building strong relationships with residents, staff and families in a long-term care environment.

Competenze

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and family members.
• Experience in a long term care or business office setting preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage new hires through the orientation process, ensuring completion of all required paperwork and procedures to support compliance.
• Maintain employee files in an organized and accessible manner.
• Oversee benefit administration and coordinate other employee relations activities in cooperation with the Corporate Director of HR.
• Assist with staffing needs and help support hiring workflows.
• Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Administer employee information management, including hiring and orientation, payroll processing, and benefit administration for the employee plan.
