Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can be used in lieu of degree.
• 3-5 years of HR management experience, healthcare/long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, wage-and-hour regulations, and SNF compliance requirements.

About the Role:
