HRJobs.io is hiring for a Human Resource Manager position in Lincoln, NE (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh job descriptions, organizational structures, and workforce planning initiatives
• Own end-to-end recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and retention activities
• Coordinate new hire orientation and support employee training programs to improve onboarding and development
• Advise managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, coaching, and workplace concerns
• Administer employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related questions
• Ensure employment law and policy compliance through audits, investigations, and accurate HR recordkeeping
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and HR best practices
• Manage and maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll processing and help ensure accurate and timely submission for hourly employees
• Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
• Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and support compliance with health and safety standards
• Coordinate and track required employee training and development programs
• Assist with incident reporting, workers’ compensation administration, and related follow-up
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and recommendations to support operational and workforce goals
• Partner with leadership to support organizational growth, employee development, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing plant
• Bilingual capability in English/Spanish

Compensation

• USD 100,000 - 120,000 per year
