Lindsay Precast is seeking a Human Resources Manager (Generalist Focus) to partner with operations leadership across multiple locations, delivering hands‑on HR support in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.

This role leads full-cycle recruiting for assigned locations, manages onboarding programs, and ensures consistent HR practices while staying compliant with employment laws across states.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5+ years of HR experience.
• Strong recruiting and generalist background.
• Multi-state experience preferred.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager - Lindsay Precast serves as a key partner to operations leadership across multiple locations, providing hands‑on HR generalist support with a primary focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and onboarding execution. This role ensures consistent HR practices across sites while supporting a growing, multi-state workforce. The position does not manage payroll or benefits administration but collaborates closely with those functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned locations
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role definition
  • Maintain recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Support employer branding and local recruiting strategies
• Onboarding & New Hire Integration
  • Lead onboarding processes across all assigned locations
  • Ensure effective integration of new hires
  • Own the Stay Interview program of 30/60/90/180-day and one-year follow-ups
• Employee Relations & HR Support
  • Serve as primary HR contact across locations
  • Provide guidance on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure consistent application of policies
• Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws across all states
  • Support audits and maintain documentation
  • Partner with VP of HR on risk mitigation
