Job summary

LHH seeks an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee, configure, optimize, and support our HRIS landscape (UKG Pro, Workday, ADP). You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and enable HR operations through reporting and process optimizations.

The role requires hands-on system administration, project leadership, and strong analytics to deliver scalable solutions, manage integrations, and maintain documentation and end-user training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience, including system administration and configuration
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro, Workday, ADP, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience with system integrations, data management, and process optimization
  • Proven ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring system performance, security, and data integrity
  • Lead system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise systems
  • Manage reporting and analytics, including development of standard and ad hoc reports to support business decision-making
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to identify system needs and implement scalable solutions
  • Oversee HRIS projects including implementations, data migrations, and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot system and data issues
  • Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and data privacy regulations
  • Conduct user training and support change management initiatives
  • Manage vendor relationships and serve as primary point of contact for system providers

Job description

The HRIS Manager is responsible for the oversight, configuration, optimization, and support of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational needs, maintains data integrity, and supports HR operations through reporting and process improvements.

Compensation & Benefits Highlights
  • Salary Range: $100k - $130k
  • 401k 100% match on first 3% and 50% on the next 2%
  • Life, AD&D, ST disability
  • 15 days PTO, 9 paid holidays, 5 personal days
