NFI is seeking an HRIS Analyst in New Jersey to partner with HR directors and customers to optimize HR processes, ensure data integrity, and support HRMS upgrades and reporting. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and training clients on new HR system functionality.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of HRIS experience (Workday preferred), strong BI and Cognos skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
HRIS Analyst partners with the human resources directors and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $77,391.60 - $103,188.80, based on the national average for the position. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
