Job summary

Provide end user support for HR, Benefits, Time Labor, and Payroll systems in PeopleSoft and a third-party Time and Attendance system. The role includes system analysis, helpdesk operations, training delivery, data reporting, and participation in system implementations and upgrades across multiple state agencies and organizations.

  • Two years' experience researching, analyzing and interpreting data to resolve automated information system inquiries or problems
  • Two years' experience using or training others on an automated HR, pension, payroll or benefits information system
  • One year of experience interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures
  • One year of experience analyzing system actions to ensure applications meet business requirements and user needs
