Job Summary:

Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resource HR to join our team! As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational functions of our organization, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional administrative support to the HR department, including employee data management, benefit administration, and compliance with federal and state regulations

• Assist with recruiting and hiring processes, including job posting, applicant tracking, and onboarding procedures

• Develop and implement employee training programs and policies to improve staff performance and job satisfaction

• Conduct new employee orientations and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition into the organization

• Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints, addressing grievances, and promoting positive workplace culture

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and data, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to drive business results and improve employee engagement and retention

Requirements:
