Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab in Daytona Beach, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Human Resource HR professional to support all administrative and operational HR functions in a healthcare environment. You will help manage employee data, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience in an HR role in nursing home or healthcare setting is desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with HR software and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and HR information systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring processes, including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding procedures.
• Develop and implement employee training programs and policies to improve staff performance and job satisfaction.
• Conduct new employee orientations and provide ongoing support for smooth transitions.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and promoting positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and data, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to drive business results and improve engagement and retention.
