We’re looking for a people-savvy, problem-solving, detail-loving Human Resources Generalist to join our team for a 1-year term.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our HR Generalist, you will be central to our people operations, supporting recruitment, HR initiatives, and employee engagement from a remote setting.

Your role will include:

1. Recruitment Support – Assisting in sourcing and hiring the right candidates efficiently.
2. HR Policy & Process Implementation – Ensuring smooth operations.
3. HR Administration – Managing documentation and organization.
4. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution – Identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing them.
5. Manager Support – Guiding leadership on HR policies.
6. Employee Engagement Initiatives – Enhancing culture, morale, and team cohesion.

Qualifications & Requirements

2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes & HR systems.
• Understanding of labour laws, regulations, and workplace safety.
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively from home, self-motivated and reliable.
• Bonus: experience with Salesforce or fluency in French.
