The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting for field and operational roles, onboarding, benefits coordination, policy guidance, and HR process execution in a remote environment across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience in recruiting or high-volume operations.
• Knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA).
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems, preferably ADP.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned division (field and operational roles).
• Partner with hiring managers to fill open positions.
• Source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.
• Support workforce planning and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Manage onboarding process from offer acceptance through first day.
• Coordinate new hire setup, orientation scheduling, and onboarding logistics.
• Serve as HR contact for employee questions and inquiries.
• Support benefits administration processes including leave requests.
• Assist with compliance-related processes including audits, documentation, and reporting.

Base Salary $70K – $75K

Human Resources professional specializing in high-volume recruiting and talent acquisition, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding. Supports daily HR operations, employee relations, compliance initiatives, and workforce administration while serving as a key resource for employees, candidates, and leadership.

Requirements

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned division (field and operational roles)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and fill open positions
• Source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage offers
• Support workforce planning and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Manage onboarding process from offer acceptance through first day
• Coordinate new hire setup, orientation scheduling, and onboarding logistics
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee questions and inquiries
• Support employee engagement and team initiatives (events, communications, etc.)

HR Operations & Compliance Support

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of new hire and onboarding documentation
• Support benefits administration processes including coordination with Benefits (FMLA, leave requests).
• Assist with compliance-related processes including audits, documentation, and reporting.

Employee Support & HR Process Execution

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs
• Support corrective action processes in partnership with Division and HR leadership
• Assist with performance review cycles, documentation, and follow-up
• Support terminations, including documentation and system processing

Business Partnership & Coordination

• Partner with division leadership to ensure HR processes support operational needs
• Coordinate with Corporate HR (Shared Services) on documentation, onboarding, and compliance workflows
• Escalate employee relations issues and complex matters to HR Manager as appropriate

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in recruiting, field HR, or high-volume operations
• Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, and HR process execution
• Working knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (ADP preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
