Homestead Health Care Center in Brunswick, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate Business Office Human Resource Manager to lead interview, hire, onboarding, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

You will administer benefits, manage payroll, support department heads, maintain confidential records, and foster a positive workplace culture. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 3–5 years HR management in healthcare is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR management experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, wage and hour regulations, and SNF compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (experience can substitute)

Responsibilities

• Support interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of staff
