Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company seeks an HR Manager to lead on-site interviews and onboarding, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and OSHA, and implement staffing plans for optimal department coverage.

You will administer benefits, payroll, and employee engagement programs, manage performance and professional development, and facilitate safety meetings and workers’ compensation programs in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
