Job description

Join to apply for the Human Resource Coordinator role at JEVS Human Services.

The HR Coordinator will support the daily functions of the HR department.

This role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite required weekly.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordinating onboarding for new hires, review policies, and ensure all necessary paperwork and pre-employment testing are completed.
  • Assist in scheduling employees for training and coordinating work assignments.
  • Maintain employee data using HRIS systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure all HR records are accurate and compliant with policies and legal requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support HR programs such as FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, and Unemployment Compensation as needed.
  • Assist with benefit enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Comply with JEVS policies and code of conduct.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR support role or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro, ADP) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

The salary range is $42,000 to $52,000, depending on skills and experience. We offer competitive benefits to support your well-being at work and at home.
