About the Role:

As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, coordinate new hire paperwork, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
• Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
• Benefits Administration: Process employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits programs.
• HR Compliance: Assist with compliance with federal and state regulations, including employment laws and benefits administration.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze HR data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
