Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of information technology experience, with at least two (2) years in human-centered design.
• Experience with web page design, graphical user interface, and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in Human-Centered Design tools such as CSS, HMI, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business processes into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Preferred Human-Centered Design certification from recognized institutions.

Responsibilities

• Interface design and usability assessments to improve user experiences.
• System oversight and ensuring accessibility and ergonomic design principles.
• Provide technical leadership to less-experienced staff and supervise team conduct.
• Collaborate with business managers and IT professionals to translate requirements into specs.
