Responsibilities

• Manage Business Analysts to gather application development requirements and design solutions with UX designers.
• Manage Quality Assurance Analysts to support application development by identifying bugs and ensuring quality.
• Standardize UI designs, components and user experience for app development projects.
• Effectively manage project resources and prioritization to ensure timely delivery.
• Regularly monitor and report on projects to triage issues and decisions.
• Collaborate with development team to build and support HRIS and FDNY My Portal application.
