Overview
Systems Analyst 2 (1536) - Austin, TX (Hybrid) — On Site and Telework. Position will be 2 days remote with 3 days onsite (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays). Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates. 11 Months Contract.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards.
- Apply UX design principles such as hierarchy, contrast, and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.
- Create wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles, including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions.
Qualifications
- Required Skills: 4 Years - Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Required Skills: 4 Years - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards.
- Required Skills: 4 Years - Experience applying UX design principles such as hierarchy, contrast, and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.
- Required Skills: 4 Years - Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles, including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions.
- Preferred Skills: 5 Years - Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines, workflows, and system architecture.
- Preferred Skills: 3 Years - Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Preferred Skills: 3 Years - Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Preferred Skills: 3 Years - Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort.
