DESRI Project Management Services, L.L.C. New York, NY is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join its Human Capital team. The role spans payroll, total rewards, benefits, HRIS, and immigration, with exposure to leadership across the HC function and cross-border collaboration with HYD, India.

The successful candidate will manage payroll processes, support compensation cycles, administer open enrollment, maintain HRIS data, and drive process improvements while partnering with Corporate Finance.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in building a career in Human Capital.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll, benefits, or HR operations preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivots, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll processing and payroll-related reconciliations and reporting.
• Support total rewards cycles, benchmarking, and market data analysis.
• Administer benefits operations, enrollments, vendor management, and billing reconciliation.
• Own data integrity and reporting within the HRIS and build dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate immigration case management and sponsorship/renewal processes.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and HC teams across geographies on payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
