DESRI is seeking a highly motivated Human Capital Analyst/Associate to join our HC team. You will own payroll, total rewards, benefits, HRIS, and immigration activities while partnering with Corporate Finance and HC colleagues across the U.S. and Hyderabad.

This hands-on role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to build a foundation in Human Capital in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to lead workstreams and influence key initiatives over time.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in payroll or HR operations
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH
• Ability to work with large data sets accurately and efficiently
• Discretion handling confidential compensation, benefits, and employee data

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing and administration with Finance on funding, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting
• Support total rewards, compensation cycles, benchmarking, and reporting
• Administer day-to-day benefits operations and enrollment
• Own data integrity, configuration, and reporting in the HRIS
• Coordinate immigration case management and sponsorships
• Collaborate across HC and Finance teams in the U.S. and Hyderabad
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR-related projects with stakeholders
