Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant HR/HCM systems experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM; broader modules are a plus.
• Proven project management capabilities with multiple time-sensitive projects.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships.
• Excellent judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
• Proactive about risks, communication, and issue resolution.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• High proficiency with AI tools and software like MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business process requirements from HCM stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans to support timely execution of initiatives.
• Track deliverables and coordinate resources across teams to meet milestones.
• Support system and user acceptance testing for enhancements and configurations.
• Partner with IT and third-party consultants to support HCM initiatives.
• Support core HCM programs (e.g. Performance Management, Open Enrollment).
• Review, test and deploy system upgrades and enhancements.
• Onboard, offboard, transfer and terminate employee lifecycle transactions.
• Prepare and maintain user documentation and training materials; assist in change management.
• Perform audit reports to ensure data accuracy and governance; support data integrity.
