• At least 10+ years of progressive Human Capital experience, with deep expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and manager development.
• Demonstrated experience navigating complex employee matters with sound judgment and discretion.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Human Capital partner to leaders, providing strategic counsel on people and organizational matters.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, including performance management, career development, talent planning, and succession planning.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen team performance and talent outcomes.
• Develop and improve Human Capital policies and processes to support a high-performing organization.
• Monitor employment law developments and ensure compliance with regulations.
