Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• COS certification for HUD programs is preferred.
• Ability to maintain logs and write reports with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & Documentation: review tenant files for HUD/LIHTC compliance.
• Income/Asset Verification: calculate household income/assets and determine rent.
• Resident Interaction: notify residents of upcoming recertifications and collect documents.
• Reporting & Systems: maintain records and generate compliance reports using Yardi or Voyager.
