You will ensure full compliance with affordable housing program requirements by maintaining complete, accurate, and audit-ready applicant files.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills and accurate calculations for income determinations.
• Experience with LIHTC and HUD compliance in affordable housing.
• Ability to manage large volumes of forms with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process applicant files per LIHTC and HUD regulations, review verifications, request documents, and calculate household income.
• Maintain audit-ready applicant files and manage waiting lists with Excel.
• Prepare lease agreements using RealPage (On-Site) and coordinate move-ins with property managers.
• Assist in subsidy package preparation and ensure fair housing compliance.
