At least 3-5 years of experience working with the programs mentioned is preferred. A certificate in any or all of the programs a plus.
Knowledge of Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit and HOME programs preferred, as well as knowledge of Yardi or a similar affordable housing software program.
