Job summary

Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties in Hermiston, OR. You will manage leasing, marketing, resident services, and maintenance to maximize property performance and compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities include showing units, screening applicants, processing moves, and maintaining occupancy. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• GED or HS diploma; HUD/Tax Credit experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• The Community Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties, leasing, marketing, resident services, maintenance, risk management, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Coordinate staff and property operations to maximize financial returns and occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and Cascade Management’s policies.
• Show apartments, screen applicants, process move-ins, and communicate with residents and supervisors.
