Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Tax Credit/HUD experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• The Community Manager handles day-to-day property operations and asset management to maximize returns.
• Coordinate HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties, leasing, collections, marketing, resident services, maintenance, and compliance.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
