Job summary

Cascade Management seeks a Community Manager in Phoenix, OR, to oversee day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and compliance with all regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HUD or Tax Credit properties and strong organizational and customer service skills. Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Tax Credit, HUD and/or affordable housing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment such as telephones and computers.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial returns of assigned property.
• Coordinate leasing, collections, and marketing resident services.
• Handle resident evictions and prepare necessary legal notices.
• Ensure compliance with State Residential Landlord & Tenant Acts.
