Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years Tax Credit/HUD/affordable housing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties, leasing, collections, marketing, resident services, maintenance, risk management, and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Process rent increase notices and track them.
• Track and reconcile accounts receivable and issue timely rent notices.
• Assist with property inspections and prepare weekly reports; maintain organized records.
