Job summary

Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager in Roosevelt, WA to oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, collections, and marketing for HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties. You will coordinate staff, ensure compliance, and manage resident services while maintaining financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years Tax Credit/HUD experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance required.
• Ability to read, write and speak clearly; communicate with groups.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, leasing, collections, marketing.
• Coordinate HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties and resident services.
• Track accounts receivable and rent notices; ensure compliance.
• Supervise property staff; maintain records and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Cascade Management policies.
