Job summary

Cascade Management is seeking a Community Manager for properties in Sweet Home and Albany, Oregon. You will oversee daily operations, maximize financial returns, and coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident services while ensuring compliance with HUD/Tax Credit programs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience in affordable housing preferred, and a valid driver’s license. The role is full-time with standard business hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years Tax Credit, HUD, or affordable housing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance required.
• Strong reading, writing and math abilities; ability to interpret safety rules, procedures, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties and maximize financial returns.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, resident services, maintenance, and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Manage property staff, communicate with supervisors, and enforce rental policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely reporting, inspections, and occupancy targets; maintain organized resident records.
