Qualifications

• LIHTC knowledge required.
• 2-4 years leasing experience.
• Detail oriented and deadline-driven.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process initial, interim, and annual certifications.
• Collect documentation from residents and process verifications.
• Apply correct rents for annual and interim recertifications.
• Review EIV reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Support site and office operations as assigned by manager.
• Maintain accuracy while managing multiple deadlines.
