Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Assistant Property Managers responsible for certifications and renewals.
• Provide training on HUD Section 8 and Safe Harbor regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct internal audits of files to ensure timely certifications and renewals.
• Monitor and approve unreported income cases as they arise.
• Coordinate annual unit inspections for HUD Section 8 compliance.
• Maintain EIV documents per program guidelines.
• Review and process Section 8 termination actions and related reports.
• Submit audit documentation and MOR responses as required.
