Pratum Companies seeks a Community Manager for HUD-affordable housing in Baltimore. You will lead staff, oversee operations, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and HUD requirements, and drive occupancy and financial performance at the property level.

The role requires 3+ years in residential property management, PB-8 knowledge, and supervision experience. Strong MS Office and OneSite/Yardi skills are essential for reporting and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in residential property management and Lease Up.
• PB section 8 compliance experience.
• Professional certification: COS or CPO.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage property and staff ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and related requirements.
• Assist with HUD management, occupancy reviews and REAC inspections.
• Oversee outreach, sales and customer service to meet targets.
• Maintain budgets and pursue revenue opportunities.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for leadership.
