Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Community Property Manager to oversee operations of affordable housing communities. You will build relationships with residents, partners, and stakeholders, drive NOI through cost controls and revenue initiatives, and supervise property staff within budget guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of property management experience, tax credits knowledge, HUD experience, and strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of property management experience required, must have at least 2 years experience with tax credits.
• Project based Section 8 experience.
• HUD knowledge/experience and strong management experience.
• Familiar with Enterprise Income Verification system, TRACs HAP voucher processing, MOR with Contract Administrator, etc.
• Affordable housing certifications preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media and other channels.
• Create and manage content for social media, blogs, and communication channels.
• Plan and execute events to engage the community.
• Analyze engagement metrics and provide regular management reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
