Job summary

Cordance is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize HubSpot CRM and marketing tech while translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will map data flows across CRM, ERP, and data platforms and partner with leaders to document requirements and implement improvements.

In this remote US role, you will support Marketing and Sales Development, then expand to broader business systems ownership and cross-functional initiatives across Cordance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business systems, CRM administration, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot administration experience across CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Experience mapping data flows across multiple systems and understanding dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot across CRM and marketing workflows.
• Translate business needs into scalable system solutions and reliable processes.
• Understand data movement across CRM, quote-to-cash, ERP, and data platform.
• Assess downstream impact of changes and identify data-quality concerns.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and turn them into clear tickets and user stories.
• Prioritize and scope requests, routing work to global administration resources.
• Develop system documentation, operating standards, and SOPs.
