Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a HubSpot Specialist contractor to support a customer project by documenting real-world workflows within HubSpot. You will apply hands-on HubSpot experience to complete and record CRM and sales workflows, contributing interaction data to AI system development.

You will work remotely, navigate contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, reporting, and automation, and you will record your screen demonstrating steps.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience in a professional environment.
• Experience in sales operations, CRM management, lead management, and deal pipelines.
• Familiarity with HubSpot reporting, segmentation, and data management.
• Current access to HubSpot and ability to navigate independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain workflows clearly.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned workflows and tasks within HubSpot using practical CRM and sales operations experience.
• Navigate HubSpot features related to contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Create, update, and manage CRM records and complete common sales and customer management workflows.
• Perform workflows involving lead management, deal tracking, pipeline management, and CRM automation.
• Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
• Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
• Document workflow steps and clearly explain the HubSpot tools, features, and actions used.
• Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
• Work independently while following project instructions and quality standards.
