HR Tech Job is seeking an AI Adoption Contractor to audit our Growth Marketing tech stack and ship AI-enabled improvements directly inside HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, 6sense, and other tools. You will identify where automation can reduce manual work, support team judgment, or improve outcomes, then execute those changes in-platform.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, prioritization with the team, and rapid ramp-up as an embedded contractor.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience across marketing and revenue technology tools, building or configuring AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with growth-marketing tool categories: conversational marketing, intent/ABM, sales engagement, and gifting platforms.
• Track record of spotting manual processes and automating them with AI.
• Comfort as a fixed-term contractor with quick ramp-up and strong documentation.
• Good judgment on scope and execution over governance work.
• Strong written communication.
• Bonus: B2B SaaS growth-marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit current tech stack to identify AI automation opportunities in manual workflows.
• Support strategy development and execution for AI-powered marketing motions within owned tools.
• Lead in-platform execution for AI Email workflows and prioritize optimization.
• Drive AI-powered personalization and conversion workflows across tools and journey design.
• Prioritize opportunities with the team by effort and impact.
• Build AI-driven workflow improvements inside the tools in scope.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to align with governance standards.
• Document builds for maintainability and future extension.
• Deliver a structured handoff before engagement ends.
