Job summary

OnBoard is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist in Fall River, MA to lead HubSpot architecture, administration, marketing operations, and reporting. You will manage a highly customized HubSpot environment and drive improvements without disruption to current functions.

The role focuses on workflows, landing pages, CTAs, ads, conversion tracking, and dashboards, with potential for leadership as the team grows. This is an on-site position with core hours 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Experience in highly customized HubSpot environments.
• Ability to understand and modify existing HubSpot architecture.
• Experience building complex workflows and automation.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot website tools (landing pages, forms, CTAs, blogs).
• Experience with HubSpot Ads, audiences, targeting, and attribution tracking.
• Proven ability to build complex HubSpot reports and dashboards.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
• Experience in marketing and sales operations within HubSpot.
• Agency or in-house RevOps/HubSpot experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a highly customized HubSpot environment across Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Analyze HubSpot architecture to rework, improve, or build within the current system.
• Build and maintain complex HubSpot workflows, automation, and processes.
• Manage website updates within HubSpot: landing pages, forms, CTAs, blogs.
• Set up and manage HubSpot advertising campaigns, audiences, targeting, and updates.
• Manage conversion tracking and attribution within HubSpot.
• Build and maintain complex HubSpot reporting and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, performance insights, and opportunities.
• Translate technical data and reporting into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Work across marketing and sales processes to improve data, systems, and processes supporting RevOps.
