Job summary

Intellibright seeks a HubSpot RevOps Specialist to own the platform across client work and internal sales infrastructure. You’ll turn requests into working portals with clean data, robust workflows, and trusted reporting, while helping grow the HubSpot practice and client revenue.

The role is based in Austin, TX, with on-site presence and a hands-on, build-it mindset. Expect collaboration with sales, strategists, and clients to scale our HubSpot solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot administration across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Experience with data migration, workflows, and portal configuration.
• Familiarity with sales operations: pipeline structure, deal stages, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Client HubSpot implementation from portal setup to go-live.
• Build workflows, automations, sequences, and dashboards per client.
• Support client sales ops: pipeline config, deal stages, forecasting views.
