Job summary

Intellibright is seeking a HubSpot RevOps Specialist in Austin, TX (Hybrid) for a hands-on, build-it role. You will own the technical backbone of HubSpot across client work and internal sales infrastructure, turning requests into working portals with clean data, workflows, and trusted reporting.

This role drives growth of our HubSpot practice, enhances partner tier, and expands client revenue through robust HubSpot implementations and operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot administration across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Experience with data migration, workflow and automation build, integrations, and portal configuration.
• Knowledge of sales operations: pipeline structure, deal stages, forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• HubSpot certifications are a strong plus.
• Agency or multi-client experience preferred.
• Based in Austin, with in-office presence Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Responsibilities

• Client HubSpot implementation from portal configuration and data migration to workflow automation and go-live.
• Build workflows, automations, sequences, and dashboards for each client’s revenue operations.
• Support client sales ops in HubSpot including pipeline configuration, deal stages, and forecasting views.
• Develop Intellibright’s outbound infrastructure in HubSpot including sequences, cadences, list management, and CRM hygiene.
• Troubleshoot and provide platform expertise for clients and strategists.
• Grow Intellibright’s HubSpot practice and client revenue.
