Job summary

Intellibright is a performance-focused digital marketing agency building HubSpot capabilities for client work and internal sales infrastructure.

The HubSpot RevOps Specialist owns the technical backbone across client projects and our own outbound setup, delivering data hygiene, workflows, and trusted reporting.

Based in Austin, TX, this hands-on role offers growth as HubSpot maturity increases, potentially elevating our partner tier and client revenue.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot administration across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub.
• Implementation experience: data migration, workflow and automation build, integrations, and portal configuration.
• Working knowledge of sales operations: pipeline structure, deal stages, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
• Comfortable supporting both external clients and an internal team at the same time.
• HubSpot certifications are a strong plus.
• Agency or multi-client experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client HubSpot implementation from portal configuration to go-live and data migration.
• Develop and optimize workflows, automations, sequences, and client dashboards.
• Support client sales ops in HubSpot: pipeline config, deal stages, forecasting views.
• Build and maintain Intellibright's outbound HubSpot infrastructure: sequences, cadences, list mgmt., CRM hygiene.
• Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and provide platform expertise to clients and strategists.
• Grow Intellibright's HubSpot practice and client revenue through improved implementations.
