Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field; diverse backgrounds welcome with analytical skills.
• Minimum 2 years RevOps experience, preferably with a US-based company.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Proven track record leading projects to success.
• 3–7+ years HubSpot experience in admin/consulting roles.
• Deep knowledge of HubSpot workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Zapier and analytics platforms.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptable to staffing and project demands.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engagement managers to assess client challenges and craft HubSpot-based solutions.
• Configure HubSpot environments, building workflows, automations, and sequences.
• Create dashboards and reports for actionable insights across marketing, sales, and service.
• Implement and troubleshoot HubSpot integrations with client tools.
• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure effective HubSpot use.
• Test workflows and configurations for accuracy and impact.
• Deliver projects on time with high quality and client satisfaction.
